World Bank Cuts 2014 Global Growth Estimate to 2.8% From 3.2%

A harsh winter in the U.S. along with the Ukraine conflict have chilled the outlook for global economic growth this year， but highly developed economies will lead a rebound later in the year， the World Bank projected.
