Chrysler　Group　LLC　is　recalling　about　469000　SUVs　worldwide　to　update　software　after　some　vehicles’　circuit　boards　were　found　to　be　transmitting　signals　that　trigger　inadvertent　gear　shifts　to　neutral，the　No.　3　U.S.　automaker　said　Saturday.
